# Beach clubs in Ibiza

> Ibiza's beach clubs are not one product. These four serve four different days: the marquee day-to-night bay on Cala Jondal, a clifftop cove at Sol d'en Serra, the barefoot classic on Es Cavallet and a family bay on the west coast.

## The short answer

Ibiza's beach clubs are not one product. These four serve four different days: the marquee day-to-night bay on Cala Jondal, a clifftop cove at Sol d'en Serra, the barefoot classic on Es Cavallet and a family bay on the west coast.

## What the register checks

- Blue Marlin Ibiza: Cala Jondal. The marquee club on Cala Jondal, where the day starts on a bed by the water and ends as a party without anyone moving.
- Amante: Sol d'en Serra. A restaurant-led club set into the cliffs above Sol d'en Serra, where the cove does the work the music does elsewhere.
- El Chiringuito: Es Cavallet. The barefoot classic on Es Cavallet, a white-wood beach house on a long protected beach with Formentera across the water.
- Cala Bassa Beach Club: Cala Bassa. The west-coast bay club on Cala Bassa near Sant Antoni, a broad family-friendly cove with several kitchens instead of one dining room.

## Questions

### How are the beach clubs in Ibiza selected?

There is no classification body for beach clubs, and this register says so rather than inventing one. Each club's own site was read on the date shown, and each entry has to serve a kind of day that the others do not. 4 clubs made the first edition.

### Does Linen Harbour rank the clubs in Ibiza?

No. The numbers organise the page. The useful distinction is what kind of day each club serves, from a day-to-night table to a family bay, and who should go elsewhere.

### Can Linen Harbour reserve a bed or a table?

No. Each record links the club and the club handles every reservation, minimum spend and guest list. In high season the good beds go days ahead, so book directly and early.

### Why are there no prices on this page?

Day-bed rates and minimum spends change by month, position and day of the week. The club's own site or reservation desk is the only current source, and this register does not republish numbers it cannot keep current.

### When is the Ibiza beach club season?

Most clubs on this page open from late spring to mid autumn and some close entirely in winter. Opening dates move each year, so check the club's site for the season calendar before planning the day around it.

### Are the photographs from the clubs?

No. The register uses credited destination photography until club photography with explicit reuse rights is available.
